The American Experiment Continues

Representative democracy won today in that the Electoral College, made up of 538 electors, followed the will of the people of their respective states. In this most historic, highly contentious election year, the fact that citizens go about their ordinary day without disruption or bloodshed is a testament to our founding documents. By ignoring the irrational sirens of a frantic minority of political extremists the people’s representatives have ensured yet another peaceful transfer of power, and the American experiment continues.
